i messed up the 1st player pad while changing leds on a wireless 360 controller ( damn 0603 leds are small  )..... so now im just going to mount a LED in the xbox button. where can i draw constant power from?

im trying to find out how much of an advantage is it to play games off of a sata hdd compared to an external usb one. now that i have a few xbr systems, i would like to know which is the best route for the money. any help form someone with actual facts would be greatly appreciated. also i would like to find out if there is any noticeable difference between a 5400 and 7200 rpm drive on the 360. Thanks!

Redline99 is working on a solution for writing big block NANDs. And from what I hear he is somewhat close to be finished.
yeah i heard he was working on an new version of xell. hell yeah thanks redline!! flashing from a cd couldnt be any easier.
i think this is deserving of its own thread.

It is open source, why don't you modify it yourself?

I am waiting for the lflash.c file that will allow us to flash our 512mb nands through linux.  Smiley
