Bazrippa, some just couldn't figure out the switch or solder it right...that's all no biggie........

did you also extract your kv from the orig nand copy using nandpro and injected that into the jasper_6723_hack.bin?
then flash it to the console?

and you sure your jtag wires are right and tested to make sure they are connecting from point a to point b???

it would be best to have it injected with the kv as it's got info you need for that 360....
you can write XBR_3a to the nand then write kv,bin to the nand then same with config.bin...write them directly to the nand (lpt or usb)

post your results...

for small projects like memory,sb,ana,hana and nands i use a atten 858D+ station.....works pretty good to...
for under 100 bucks shipped it payed itself off within 2 weeks...lol

P.S watch that stencil setup they show it looks awesome and a nice frame...but they cant handle heat.
so when you prep for a re-ball and use sticky flux on the stencil then apply the balls and heat them up ...they stick to the stencil
and make the stencil wear out fast....I know a few that hated them after 3 re-balls....they had to place the stencil in the frame
pour the balls on it sort them all out into the holes and then carefully pull the stencil(which is hard...then heat the balls down to the chip...
where as i just use a nice harden stencil and tape it to the chip ends, add the sticky flux  and balls then can heat them to the chip with the stencil on and it won't stick or bother the stencil.....
 bought these and have re-balled over 20 boxes just with 1 set...lol

yep 1.51 will run any wave. that's were the Hitachi ended it's hack for now....

that's because the kv and config should only be extracted and injected in nanpro  to be injected into the xbr image...
it's the easiest way and don't brake unless you have something corrupted.....
funny thing about corruption to is ...it can be in the pc's memory (one of the sticks) and you'll never know till you run memory checking program, because the pc will act normal...but cause small errors you won't pay attention to when they happen.....


you will see what i mean by differences in the kv's 360flashtool has differences even with the config....compared to nandpro and only should be used as a reference of looking through them for information stuff.....

now 360flashtool is awesome for extracting the decrypted kv for reading to see your dvd key and to see your drive info and stuff which is awesome amongst the other great things it can do...

yep that T-862 is garbage the light has a $#!t adjustment for bigger chips and heats up stuff way out of the chips surrounding area...

your using a falcon?

did you try to re-downloading XBR_3A for the falcon.(might be corrupted)....check the new one in 360flashtool to see if it loads up...
then injecting your kv and config files to it (from when you extracted them only from nandpro2b? only)

god i hope for some reason block 3FF don't cause a problem (being the block to close the nand write off...)

anyways try that....

if not your going to have to do what Gazcoigne suggested...


p.s. what does 360flashtool show you for info.......dash,patch,cb,cd?

I've compared all 3 dumps in degraded and they all match with no error/bad blocks, everything in 360 flash tool matches so I was wondering if it's safe to continue wrtiting XBR?

I take it you changed the orig nands info from  2004-2007 to 2004-2005 for degraded to read it?

update2.....why would you mess with something that is working in xell....how did you come up with the sb is bad when it works fine in xell?

did you even try to do a nand re-read and start out with a fresh copy of xbr first before you go messing with something that works...


and were did you get this box...was it modded already? did someone change the id of it?

Using the CPU Key to decrypt the KV in my original dumped NAND --want to explain this part?
are you saying you loaded up flash tool and added your key in that program?

we split this topic a while ago because of $#!t like this.....
this isn't about how to load a circuit board program..it's about building the usb flasher.....

also make sure when you boot to dash ...nothing is in any usb port...for some reason even (usb-on-looking for updates on a bootup) messes with the hack...(weird part is we know it looks for updates TU and $system) but XEX?. must be a program signed by m$ used by m$ for there testing...lol(we will never know so it don't matter)


I will get that e71 from a keyboard even 2 out of 10 boots...
so now i just stick with booting into the dash then loading any usb device...
not 1 error after that...
