the newest falcon XBR is XBR_3a if you have that flashed along with your kv and config, pushing eject after a power unplug 25secs and power back up...it loads
check to make sure your jtag wiring is secure ,diodes facing the mobo..and checked for contact

where do you see in any post that is suggested.....keep your random out-of-the-box stuff for after you see what it's all about..

going from cpus with a dash of 8955 to dash 8955 along with the nand change-out too and if the southbridges are ok(match) yes,but worthless..

but if the cpu is bad and with a 8955 dash ...it would make more sense if your going that far, to search for a cpu/nand that can be jtagable...

one that you can read the nand to see if it is even jtagable ..so if it rrod you know it's worth it to apply to the above.

dog eared to much heat on both sides[machine/user  error...wtf a cpu and gpu is the same remove as a PC but lighter heat...i can pull a GPU in 5 mins at 450
bottom heater on 350 for 2.5 mins then off last 2 mins...top should sit at pre250 by this time and building up...

P.S your running the mold around the chip to close with to high of heat, you need air quit using dirt resed up flux

or nand and cpu match change....but worthless unless you have a working jatagable or a small problem so you can inter change them.....

you would have to guess what's stored in these blocks.......or just try to replace them with another KV(same blocks) if there the same data..
compare nands.....jasper to jasper....

good deal...now make another backup of the nand using xexmenu(to see usb ports on the 360)
then flash xellous to it using flash360...so you can flash to pc, a final working backup
and a nice web remote info ....to pc

seeing though you burn the pad off,just pull the resistor or try to heat it up and turn it off one pad....

now you know you had to pull the little black torx screws off the bottom to get the unit out of the case..and if you grabbbed the mobo from the case, from the heatsinks you can feel them shift a bit.......

the top balled memory chips same memory........top 4 chips = same memory paths/calls like the other mobo with 8 chips.....or it will error...

as for the bad block $#!t....i ran into 360 nands that you have no choice but to remap them, even 2 errors causes some nands to corrupt and not boot(or code shifted)...
some nands are so corrupted from either user malfunction (and i say that in  a nice way)...lol or a update from m$ gone bad
which i think is due to a packet broken problem along the way...(but thats nether here or there) not many do i see....

enjoy that re-balling. watch the heat and make sure you let a board sit to room temp before you apply mega heat or your going to get what is called a popcorn affect

450f i pull cpus on a 4-5 min heat cut off bottom heater after 2 mins.....
450f top heat for smaller stuff with a heat station
about 300f within a 5 min re-flow with a heat station circling the chip outers  after appling some good no wipe flux..

jtag if you have a good kv...........some consoles are corrupted because of a flawed dash update.......
