Most of the bad pics posted here look like a 14 year old who drank 2L of Mountain Dew and tried to rush through the job in order to get his "backups" working.MINT

well this is called xboxhacker not xboxhackEmUp.......and post your worst...lol
I do know most don't have your common scene so

and some also think that 3.3 volts when soldered wrong won't cause harm when they short them out.
(ERASE THAT FROM YOUR BRAINS...and you ask why is my PSUs light RED)that is false in many ways...I won't even post about this.you should know why
if you can lay down a pin head of flux and tin the wire place it on the pad and then let the tip softly down..
if you have to "
push that tip hard" with that pinhead of flux on that spot ...........
STOP.........
THE ABC's of soldering for noobs
A)Your iron is to hot (yes iron not gun don't use a radio shack f****** semi gun(as big as a truck for these spots).
B) Your tip is not clean and tinted (not tinted tips = solder will stick to the tip if not sides of it trying to tin it up and your holding the iron on the pad/hole to f****** long and starting to overheat and or burn a pad or areas of traces off, so make sure the tip is tinted..
C)your iron is either warn out and can't heat because it's to brown/black or a 'lock screw tip' (screw on ones are more solid and or stations)
EXAMPLE: I dunk my tip in my flux (850f tip) wipe it on my handy sponge(not pants:P) then solder the area to be soldered.....
good day!
