My friend can donor 8495 NAND for me but I don't know how to reconstruct 8495 with my kv, LDV, pairing and config.. If there any tutorials I can follow.

I do the stupid thing today.I have an old xenon no HDMI with old kernel. There is no CD key for that and I am trying to get back my xbox dvd-key. Then I using usb jtag to back up the nand and everything was fine. I can get back my dvd key also the xbox was working good .However,whenI played the new game the game ask me to update. I followed the instruction the xbox kernel was updated to 8495. I believed I made some serious mistakes which I tried to restore to old kernel nand. After this, my xbox turn into 3red.

My question is, how can I fix this problem or can anyone give me any suggestions???
