Xbox1 (original) / Xbox1 General / Cheap system link wirelessly
|

Hey guys, me and my brother both have an Xbox and we both have a copy of counter strike and various other games which we like to play on system link. I use a crossover cable but the problem is it gets in the way so every time we finish playing we need to disconnect the cables etc. I know that it can be done through a router but would it be possible to be a wireless router? The solution needs to be cheap and wireless if possible, any help appreciated guys thanks gigabite

OFF TOPIC - What if there was say an "un documented" way which disabled the hypervisour, region free games? ON TOPIC - There are 3 region codes, NTSC, NTSC-J and PAL. If you have an Xbox 360 no matter what firmware or drive etc you use you can only use games (genuine or back-up) that are from your region.

I've re balled one of my own GPU's no problem but the hardest part is re-attaching it...I don't know if I successfully re-attached it or I didn't (because just before I started any work on the GPU i discovered that a pad was already lifted), box was bought faulty and was stuffed anyway so I didn't care. If your l00king for someone who might be able to help you with re-balling etc, PM "TeamMODFREAKz" (without quotes) he has done a couple

Install EvoX 3935 it's the latest and has not problems at all...Boot up Slayers and scroll through some menus and you will find an option like "Install EvoX 3935 on Retail HDD (C:)" or "Install EvoX 3935 on Large HDD (F:)" and it also has options to install XBMC and tools etc, click on what you want and install...then after installation take Slayers out (before rebooting) - reboot and it will load your dashboard gigabite

Just to let you know...I bought a bunch of these fuses (if you in Australia - from DSE) and they are really cheap (I got 6 for like $3). I wouldn't recommend bridging anything, just replace the fuse and it should get everything working again. If the new fuse blows and it's the correct one then there is another problem somewhere else..if your buying a new fuse make sure you buy the exact same type gigabite

I was going to make you a blank firmware with your key in it but your key is not valid according to FW Toolbox...here is a blank (no key) original un-modified Hitachi 47 firmware (Copyright Hitachi,Ltd.2002 All rights reserved). You will have to get the correct key etc and paste it into FW Toolbox...hopefully the link to the file isn't illegal :/ If it is please PM me....and mods please just delete link, sorry if it is illegal

People who have VIA chip sets don't need to use the VCC trick, you use the 10 second method (you don't have to wait 10 seconds as 70 is displayed straight after power on so the 10 seconds is useless) it's fail proof. By the way, 1000, 1001 (and possibly 1003 if I rember) - from experience...is a short circuit. e65 with a Samsung (with a correct flash) and not grounding (from personal experience and testing) is fried Elite MT chip, e64 is bad flash gigabite

I fixed an 0102 box (my own personal box - bought faulty off eBay) and it worked for about 4 months (maybe longer I can't rember) before completely dying...however in my experience I have noticed some boxes are "seveer 0102'ers" and some are only "minor 0102'ers" (serveer=lots minor=only sometimes mostly gfx errors). I want to know a bit more about a re-flow oeven though any one with experience in that field willing to help PM me i'm interested in learning more...
