^ agree with that, the other thing is the edges around the window still look a bit wonky and ruff - go to your local hardware store and pick up a cheap file then get some 600grit sandpaper, makes really nice edges gigabite

Xbox1 (original) / Xbox1 General / location of storage

Hey guys, playing around with my brothers Xbox...finally got my genuine copy of GTA SA to work on his HDD (had to patch the xbe) now...in it he says that there is an option which lets you choose your music on the streo but what I figured out is that it only lets you do this if you have ripped your music in the Microsoft Dashboard (not through FTP or XBMC)...I wanted to know the location where the music is stored (somewhere in edata/udata but I need exact place) so that I can FTP the files into that place as the DVD drive is pretty much dead. Any help would be appreciated here gigabite

You didn't say you tried replacing the laser and I know bit setting is not required it's just that some times you can have problems without bit setting a dvd...have you checked that all internal cables inside are plugged in properly and have you tried replacing the sata cable ?

Have you tried bit-setting your back-ups and using Verbatim DVD + R DL...also try tweaking the laser (as I suspect the laser is the problem) look for my tutorial on it - or buy a new laser but if you want to save money try tweaking it

...news was already there...it dosen't run on 4552 kernal, i.e if you have XBL you would have been prompted to download the update, once you get the update you can't go back so yes it's safe (again assuming M$ dosen't already know who's running what) and I don't think M$ will even bother trying to fight this "homebrew" attempt

It's "safe" (i.e to use back-ups with hacked firmware) for now...assuming that M$ already knows or dosen't know how is using back-ups and whatever information they scam of you...personally though if you could, I'd update to Xtreme 5.2 but for XBL 4.2 is fine

Replied to your PM....also try using XBM and apply bokes ms 28 patch and ms 28 bad flash compatibility...when you get to Xtreme Primary Master: 1 turn off the 360 (do not wait 10 seconds at code 70 is displayed right after power on)....when you got to turn it on hit 1 and press the power button AT THE EXACT SAME TIME! it will read/write
