ok, well narrow it down for me heh - this problem disk, is it burnt on a verbatim...can you test it on any other console (can you verify the disk, not the iso, with abgx). What's your burning speed, what program are you using (have you tried burning another copy).....

were not really a legal forum... 1) your wrong (various reasons) 2) But as far as I can see, you aren't abusing the Live service itself. They could even disable your console for good, but not neglect a service that you're not even using. ahhh they do, they ban console - not the account - which means if you buy another console then you CAN go back to how it was, jesus read for like 5 seconds gigabite

no sorry I am wrong...sorry I miss interpreted what you meant, in that case it goes to when I first saw your picture...you kept the heat on your leds to long (melted them partially). Replace them, and don't keep the heat on to long gigabite

except that when i put in 2 battery's, all 4 leds are lit veryy faintly... this is because the controller is wireless i.e battery powered, the battery's don't supply enough current to be able to properly power them very bright (unless the battery's are brand new, then they will be bright) gigabite

it's not stated on there site or anywhere, but (and don't tell anyone), you can actually repair 3RL Xbox 360 consoles permanently....just delete $RRD.bin of Partition 3, simply insert the HDD and watch the 360 go from red > green

haxor you aint done $#!t! i can tell you fookin dimebar... I kind of feel the same way and agree.... HACK3R if you did what either of us suggested....theirs just no possible way it couldn't work (especially if you did what I said as you would have re-done everything) This is what I will say, re-download the latest of every program you want (XBMC, DVD2Xbox ...) and do as I said before (delete everything and transfer all the new stuff properly) - don't modify any settings, don't transfer back your E:\ partition and make sure you delete and transfer everything properly if it still doesn't work, or you can't be bothered putting in an ounce of work, then theirs nothing else we can suggest gigabite
