as Arakon stated...they don't ban yet - and the worst they could do is ban your console...it's in violation of the TOS and the fact the x amount of people share the same hdds all suggests one thing. They are all pirated... Does anyone know how the 360 collects information? Any "information" is stored in SECDATA.BIN in the NAND and yes it is sent to LIVE when you connect (no one has any "idea" on how they use it - i.e compare theirs to yours or your last one, or just look for one particular thing etc) gigabite

^^ what ?
it's
1 Blinking Lights = 1 2 Blinking Lights = 2 3 Blinking Lights = 3 4 Blinking Lights = 0
E.g 0102 secondary error code would be, 4 blinking lights, 1 blinking light, 4 blinking lights, 2 blinking lights

come on please note it down for fun !! or video it..I have only ever come across 2 consoles with these symptoms. There is nothing we can help you with regardless if you give us the code you are getting (unless it's saying, "the fault is under the GPU...UNDER THE GPU") Please let us know the code !!! If you want to fix the problem, re-flow the board (as in every BGA chip) gigabite

AH finally...someone has it. I have only ever had 2 Xbox 360's with this problem, I repaired both - now you must make a note of the code you get (please, we are trying to see whether it is talking to us in binary !! and HvxHcC can decrypt it for us !) Trust me, it will return to 3RL but it presents a very long code....oh and please make sure you get every single number correctly gigabite

actually I said you can use AS5 or Ceramique`....they are not electronically conductive (as stated on the site) " Not Electrically Conductive: Arctic Silver 5 was formulated to conduct heat, not electricity. (While much safer than electrically conductive silver and copper greases, Arctic Silver 5 should be kept away from electrical traces, pins, and leads. While it is not electrically conductive, the compound is very slightly capacitive and could potentially cause problems if it bridges two close-proximity electrical paths.)" Could...definitely doesn't - i've seen alot of addicts (that is thermal paste addicts ) and they work although performance would be crap. If it did happen to you...assuming you were using Arctic Silver and not some other brand, then you got unlucky gigabite

nope....it's definitely not bricked, the only way you can recover it is to sit there in DOS and do l-o-erase until you get status ff72. It will come, I turn off the drive each time personally - and .ISO don't mention DOSFlash !

I suggested that along time ago...except it would have to be a private database where no one could hack/gain access to so that those submitting keys wouldn't be compromised and (possibly) banned.
I highly doubt they would use the same key (theirs been many maths calculations put forward as to how many keys there are, god knows how/which one is correct....but out of all those....why would they use the same ones ??)
Also, just saying, what good would it be having a bunch of keys....honestly what can we gain from it (so what, maybe we find a calculation or pattern...if that). Didn't put much thought into typing this...do I ever, probably not

In my experience...it has been caused by either of the following:
cold solder joint (under the CPU, GPU or RAM)
or
missing smd capacitor on the back of the CPU or GPU

to be honest...no freaking idea, I can't get a straight answer. I *think* it's the YbPbPr, to me it seems as though the fault is on his end and not the console...oh well, thanks anyway appreciate it gigabite

Ok, got a friend who is now hooking his console up via composite (used to use RCA...worked perfect). The problem is when he plugs in the composite it is apparently red and green...I don't use composite so I told him to play around with the settings, check his cables, get the latest update etc - didn't do anything. Can anyone give us any info ??
thanks gigabite

-*UPDATE*- A repack was release for the LiteOn version. This repack was just a slight fix to the original release. The repack .bin has 'repack' as the file name, and the new upcoming JungleFlasher(info) will automatically recognize the new version, and discard any beta/old versions.
