Your secdata is not decrypted properly or something, you must have used an old flash tool or something because there are extra bytes before where it should start. Your 010C should be at 0x18. Go get redline's bincrypt and use that to decrypt. I know the locations from the code, not from reading xbh, so believe me, you're wrong.
