what good will that do you? then the next released game you want to play tells you that it will not work without a firmware update.
just like psp.........no update=no play....microsoft learned alot(too much) from sony
And like the PSP hacks will be made to the games so that they are playable under older FW, bottome line is that if it can be locked down it can always be unlocked it just takes time.
If game devs ever want to stop piracy then the prices of games and software has to be reduced, i know in my mind that i would not use pirate copies if i could buy the authentic one for a reasonable price!!!
