I just copied folder by folder to my pc and then the same way back to the new drive. Backup and restore did not work for me. As I understood all your savegames and profiles are in the partition 3 in the folder named Content. But I copied everything. If it helps, I did not use extract function from menu, as it simply looped the copy process, so it never ended.
