ok, so i got to the point where i believe Xell is loaded up and the screen shows me a bunch of efuse information, but doesn't show cpu or dvd key. however, DHCP picks up an ip address of 192.168.58.106, but when i goto that page it is just a blank page. at the bottom Xell network config shows 0.0.0.0 / 0.0.0.0 . i would assume that if it picks up a DCHP address then the listen port should be hit up on that ip address correct? am i missing something here?
you need to flash Xellous (Xell upgrade) to get the httpd.

Has anyone figured out why some Zephyr boards don't work...at all after applying the AUD_CLAMP patch? I've done this one probably 5 Zephyr boards and they worked perfectly afterwards, but 2 just won't work when using this. They never boot, the center green light flashes repeatedly, and the fans go up to 12v instantly. Makes no sense to me.
Have you ever heard that some Zephyr's uses Falcon Xell/XBR maybe you should try some falcon SMC, I don't know where are you getting your hacked SMC from, but I suggest to use the very same SMC which was causing e79 and run it through smc_io

Do you at least know the original dash version so you can create an image from that? I'm not really sure, but seems like only some dash updates are compatible with the freeboot creation, though 7371 is the most recommended.
Freeboot Toolbox fails almost always in my Zephyr and succeeds in my Xenon/Falcon, but at least I can run xellous so I can still write to nand without LPT.

Extract your XBR image with 360 flash tool, use that SMC to build your freeboot image. SMC problems should lead to e79, but everything is possible
Decrypted keyvault, hacked SMC, donor files, 9199 from usual places, and ibuild, use the freeboot install guide, I know you are not new to this, but sometimes we forget about some really basic or simple stuff.
Now, are you using a custom SMC IO?

This has nothing to do with freeboot or nxe2god, from experience when NXE first came out GTA IV (and Halo 3 though you didn't mention it) never were able to be installed in NXE from disk.
You are right, some games were removed because of in-game problems (halo 3 had slowdowns, and don't know how it works actually as I don't even like it, same for GTA4)

You should probably mention nxe2god in your title.
It sound like your console with 8955 got banned, except that 9199 doesn't prevent HD installs after ban. I would try reflashing the NAND.
I double that, even you should use the donor files (except for your config and KV) so you can totally undo that... My console (XBR zephyr) got banned, not that I wanted to go online, but the constant e79 lead me to connect sooner or later, it cough me in my 5 seconds of stupidity and didn't realize till someone connected. From then on, every profile in my console got corrupted, even reflashing, till I did a complete clean on the nand and buid a freeboot image

Neonpolaris - the ftp access, perhaps on certain versions it works, I'm not having any luck trying that (from freestyle1.2,or xexmenu) my ftp client says access denied like it has read only access to the nand. haven't tried anything from xellous yet.
User: flash Pass: flash tried that?

Ah OK. My mistake Do the config, preferences, or whatever they are, dump the nand from othe 360 with flash360 (stores like flashdmp or something like that in App's folder), rename it to updflash.bin, and use that... Unless your are modifying the bin in every rebuild, this can't be avoided like that, but if using same flash, that's my suggestion.
