Yeah, I have ... but I solved the problem. My DVD-Drive wasn't working properly, it needs some help to open the dvd-slot. I just replaced it with another one and now it works.

I got a Xenon with XBR3+Xell. XBR3 works fine without any problems, but I can't start Xell or Xellous. I'm always getting a black screen (no signal). I tried it with a composite and component cable - doesn't work.

I also reflashed Xell and Xellous ... but still the same issue. Why does XBR work and Xell doesn't? ... or is there another way to get the cpukey?

Try deleting the HDD-Cache. Go to the Systemconfiguration / Space / HDD and press Y

Is it possible to change the default.xbe from a Xbox Classic Game Container?

Played Perfect Dark Zero (US Version) on my PAL Xenon ... freezed after 30 mins.
Maybe it was a error related on the randomness law (I hope so) or it was XBR's fault.

You don't need a usb-stick or HDD to lflash your nand. Open a Terminal and change the root password. Now you can connect via SCP to transfer lflash.c and your xbr.bin. With a SSH-Connection to your Xbox you can easyli flash your nand.

But remember, all transfered stuff will be deleted after you reboot your xbox cause' they're saved in the ram.
