either card will work fine, i prefer the vt6421 though.... quiet a lot of people use this so its easier to get help if you get any problems ... yeah mine is still shipping when I bought one I thought it wan a 6421L VIA VT 6421L PCI SATA Card This card is the best PCI SATA card for flashing the Samsung drive. ok im trying to dump a 0078fk. now I hook the 78 up go into bios and is detected as primary or secondary (depends what sata slot I plugg it in.) sata drive. now I have two other drives hooked up on ribbon cables. I can boot the slax cd on my primary drive. but when my hitachi is pluged in regardless weather its primary or secodary when I choose boot from "cd rom drive" it fails to start. my guess is that its trying to boot slax from my 78. im on a dell 46OO. Any ideas are good. also would buying a via help

Hi, I just bought a core 36O with a manufacture date of 02/05/07(mm/dd/yy) and it has a 78fk (how could it not have been a 79 lol). I just bought a MS25 of Ebay. Now, I have a orig.bin of the 78, a orig.bin of MS25 and a second orig.bin of MS25 with the 78 key on it. and I need to spoof the ms25 to work with my hitachi mobo and iXtreme, How would I do this?    |

The info you require is in the Tutorials.txt that came with the toolbox, but to recap.
1. Put drive into Mode B> insert original game disc.
2. Open Toolbox, Load up your original.bin (must be original, not spoofed)
3. Go tools> direct drive flash> differential flash (restore). voila.

I ment to to say, Hey, Thanks for helping, here is my story,
I bought a 360, Later it broke I sent my consol to MS that hadent been moded and it came back with a 0079FK.. befor all this banning started to happen I sent my 0079FK to uberfry to have it modded, after I had shipped it all this banning stuff started to happen. Now when I get my drive back it will be hacked and I will have a hacked bin and a orignal bin, Since my consol has only known "good" drives I want to flash the orig.bin to the drive. Now uberfry said I could switch between the orignal.bin, and hacked.bin as much as I want. Now my Q is what would I press in FW toolbox 3.1B (Pics are great!) to go about flashing my orignal.bin?
