no Flashtool won't extract it for you, and neither will they make it fit those purposes just because some noob doesn't know how to get Freeboot 0.32 working when he previously had XBR3 (and no original nand image)

you don't need those files.. you'll have no use for them since you're not able to figure out what to do with them anyway

all you will do is brick your console with them because using ibuild is way too difficult for you.. reading a simple readme is way too difficult for most noobs on here anyway

just read the tutorial posted by Reverse his post was very useful to you.

or extract the files from an original dump, but I suppose you don't have that either since you have found no use for a backup of your original nand image
