uh.. you do realize that the 360 can run NOTHING at all, homebrew-wise? especially not out of the box. there's no way to launch linux or some app to flash on the 360. the ONLY option is to hook the drive to a PC. and yes, you can remove the warranty sticker using a hairdrier.

no, you can't do that. the games are in the 360 dvd format, and a normal PC doesn't know that format of course. I think there is an explorer app to directly browse the disk, but aside from that you can make an iso and extract that with an extra app.
you should be able to find apps for that on xbins as well.
